At House of Aarambh, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Every order is packed with care and sent through our trusted courier partners across India.

1. Delivery time

• Orders are usually dispatched within [1–2] business days of being placed.
• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
• When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow its journey.
• Delays can occasionally happen because of weather, courier backlogs, festivals or other circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed.

2. Business days
Delivery timelines count business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

3. Delivery attempts and availability

• If you won’t be available on the expected delivery date, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help.
• Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.
• If all three attempts fail, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD orders are handed over only after full payment in cash at the time of delivery.
• Any COD fee paid in advance is non-refundable, including when a shipment is returned to us undelivered (RTO).
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – House of Aarambh

At House of Aarambh, every piece is checked carefully before it leaves us. Our products are natural stones, spiritual jewellery and handcrafted pieces, many of them energised before dispatch. Because of this, we accept returns and exchanges only when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

1. When you can request a return or exchange
We’ll accept a return or exchange if all of these apply:

• You received a damaged, defective or wrong product.
• You tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You share a clear, unedited unboxing video, recorded from before the sealed package is opened. Without this video we can’t process the claim.
• The product is unused and returned with its original packaging, tags, certificate (if any) and accessories.

2. Items we can’t return or exchange
Unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on:

• products bought on sale or with a discount code,
• gift cards,
• customised or personalised products, and
• pre-order items.

3. How to raise a request
Within 48 hours of delivery, contact us with:

• your order number,
• a short description of the problem, and
• your unboxing video, plus photos if helpful.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only if the product arrived damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If it’s out of stock, we’ll offer a similar item or a refund instead.

5. Returns and pickup

• Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address where our courier partners serve your area.
• If pickup isn’t available in your area, we’ll guide you on how to send the product back.

6. Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll refund to your bank account or UPI ID.
• Shipping charges and COD fees, including any part of a COD fee paid in advance, are non-refundable.
