Shipping Policy – House of Aarambh

At House of Aarambh, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Every order is packed with care and sent through our trusted courier partners across India.
1. Delivery time
- Orders are usually dispatched within [1–2] business days of being placed.
- Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
- When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow its journey.
- Delays can occasionally happen because of weather, courier backlogs, festivals or other circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed.
2. Business days
Delivery timelines count business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted.
3. Delivery attempts and availability
- If you won’t be available on the expected delivery date, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help.
- Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.
- If all three attempts fail, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD orders are handed over only after full payment in cash at the time of delivery.
- Any COD fee paid in advance is non-refundable, including when a shipment is returned to us undelivered (RTO).
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in all cases.
